It took me a while to love myself and I can’t say I love myself 100% but it’s because there are things I would change about myself. Nothing to do with plastic surgery but with my mental well being. I should eat healthier and exercise not to look better but to feel better. But I am working on it, slowly but I am but I would not be able to do it if I wouldn’t love myself because the person in life that you will always be with the most, is yourself right? Even when you are surrounded by other people, family, friends, boyfriend or whoever you are still with yourself! You’re falling asleep with yourself, you’re waking up with yourself, you do everything with yourself! What kind of person do you want to hang out with? What kind of person do you want to wake up in the morning with? What kind of person do you want to see at the end of the day before you fall asleep? That person is yourself, and it’s your responsibility to be that person you want to be with. What I know is that I want to spend the rest of my life with a person who’s not full of hate, who’s able to smile and be carefree, person who is positive and who loves the life to the fullest. So that’s who I have to be!
“Life is too short to waste any amount of time on wondering what other people think about you. In the first place, if they had better things going on in their lives, they wouldn’t have the time to sit around and talk about you. What’s important to me is not others’ opinions of me, but what’s important to me is my opinion of myself.”
“I’m not perfect but I’ll always be real.”“Acceptance plays a big part in self love. Once you accept that you are unique, powerful and desirable you are ready to love and be loved.”
